Jotham Fisher-Smith, M.S., is the founder and CEO of Surfwriter and principal architect of CloudComp and RevenueCloud, Salesforce-native applications for sales compensation and revenue management. With over 30 years of experience in enterprise IT and 20 years working with Salesforce, he brings extensive expertise in enterprise software architecture, cloud computing, business process automation, and emerging AI technologies.

An early innovator in the Salesforce ecosystem, Jotham published the first certified Salesforce-native application deployed at an FDA-regulated medical device manufacturer. He also led Surfwriter's technical work on a project providing integration services to Salesforce for connecting Google App Engine with the Salesforce platform.

His current areas of focus include:
• Revenue and Compensation Systems: Architecting and deploying accurate, transparent, and trustworthy sales commission management and RevOps automation solutions. His work includes designing innovative systems that replace manual processes, scale with growing businesses, motivate sales teams, and improve operational efficiency.
